The Shelter Tent has been evolved from a traditional tent that is used across the Middle East and South Asia to provide shade from the sun/heat and protection from rain showers. It is relatively quick to put up with fewer guy ropes and poles than the Bazaar Tent. It is made largely by hand employing local skills including weaving, dyeing, block printing, iron work and rope manufacture.
The Shelter Tent can be used open fronted, or with all 4 walls fitted. These tents have proved ideal for entertaining.
The remaining stock is 22 x 12ft in white cotton canvas.
The price includes the two poles used when the front wall is removed.
